My Client requires an experienced technical Siebel Manager to be responsible for their CRM integrity and availability. You will direct issue resolution and problem management for CRM Operations and production issues, coordinate Major Incidents that impact the CRM production environments to ensure swift resolution. Identify and implement, in conjunction with the business, ways of improving and optimizing the CRM Operations and production environments
Collaborate closely with other senior IT Managers to ensure the seamless interoperability of CRM systems with other enterprise and local solutions. Collaborate with the other peer International IT Infrastructure teams as applicable, to continually improve the stability, security, and reliability of our CRM systems. Introduce initiatives and new ideas that will drive the CRM business forward.
Liaising with international and local CRM Management to understand their business and agree define and implement operational and process improvements.

You will need to demonstrate good knowledge of Windows Server Platform management. Experience with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SSIS coupled with experience of Data Flow management and Monitoring, Data processing and manipulation. Siebel experiences is preferred and experience of Oracle Business Intelligence would be an advantage.
